Are These Breakfast or Dessert Cupcakes?

Pancakes and Bacon are perfect for breakfast. But these are actually cupcakes. The cupcakes could be the perfect treat for a special occasion or for brunch.

What’s the Best Bacon for These Cupcakes?

When I make these cupcakes, I like to use Hormel Brand Black Label Bacon. It can be bought pre-cooked and it saves you time and mess. This bacon can be made in 2 minutes which make sit easy to add to the top of these cupcakes.
