Even though lots of people say it’s sage to eat raw flour, the FDA does warn against it. The recommendation is to microwave the flour (or mix) for 1 minute and 15 seconds (stopping and mixing it even 15-seconds in between)
Ingredients You Will Need
- cream cheese
- cool whip
- brownie mix
- whole milk
- mini chocolate chips

How To Make Brownie Batter Dip
- Using a standing mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the cool whip until smooth.
- Add in the brownie mix and milk.
- Mix until smooth and fold in 1/2 C chocolate chips
- Scoop the brownie batter into the disposable piping bag
- Cut the tip off and pipe it into a serving dish
- Serve immediately or wrap the bowl in saran wrap and store in the fridge up to one day ahead.
- Enjoy your delicious Brownie Batter Dip!
PRO-TIP: I highly recommend heat treating your brownie mix before mixing it into the recipe. You can do this by microwaving the mix for 1 minute and 15 seconds (stopping and mixing it after 15-second intervals). This is good for heating the flour to prevent any bacteria.

Can you store this in the refrigerator? Overnight or so?
Hi Jennifer. Yes, you can store in the fridge for up to 3 days for best flavor.
This is delicious. I made this for a party a couple weeks ago.. the entire dip disappeared. Everyone raved about it. And keep asking for it again! Who would have known! Something so simple, so good.
My family has a tradition called pie day before thanksgiving and I’m bringing it! They’re going to love it! Thank you!
