What is a Safe Internal Temperature for Turkey Breast?
So, when you want to check the internal temperature you will want to use a thermometer and place it into the thigh of the turkey. When the temperature is at 165 degrees it will be safe. The IP Turkey Breast should be fine to cook all the way through with the time cooked that is given.
