You can prepare and make this pumpkin fudge recipe for any occasion. Too often we think that making fudge is too hard or tie consuming to do at home. This easy to make pumpkin fudge couldn’t be easier to make.
Ingredients
- White chocolate chips- This will be the main ingredient for the fudge.
- Condensed milk- This will help with the thickening of the fudge.
- Butter- Always use unsalted butter to control the amount of salt in a recipe.
- Salt- This will bring out the flavors in your recipe.
- Ground cinnamon ginger, cloves and nutmeg- These are the main spices used with pumpkin.
- Pumpkin puree- Make sure to use puree and not pie filling.
How to Make Pumpkin Fudge
You want to use parchment paper to line a 9 x 13 baking dish and evenly and lightly spray with Pam and set aside.
Combine the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a medium sauce pan over medium heat.
Mix consistently until is smooth and melted.
Take away from the heat and add in the butter until completely melted.
Pour in the salt, 1 1/2 cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg and the puree until its mixed well and smooth and creamy.
Pour your ingredients in your baking dish.
Let your ingredients set and harden on your counter top overnight.
Sprinkle your desired amount of cinnamon on top before slicing into 1-2 inch cubes.
Does This Fudge Use Marshmallow Cream?
There are all different ways to make homemade fudge. While marshmallow cream is used in some of them, it is not used as the base in this recipe. This pumpkin fudge uses white chocolate chips as the base.
How Long is Fudge Good For?

Ingredients
- 14 oz white chocolate chips
- 14 oz can of condensed milk
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- ⅛ tsp kosher salt
- 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon plus 2 tbsp to sprinkle on top
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cloves
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ C pumpkin puree
Instructions
- Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper and spray the parchment paper lightly with pam baking spray, set aside
- Using a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and condensed milk over medium heat
- Stir frequently until the chocolate has melted and combined and smooth
- Remove from heat and stir in the butter until melted
- Mix in the salt, 1 ½ cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg and pumpkin puree until smooth and combined
- Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish
- Allow to harden on the counter overnight
- Before cutting into 1-2 inch squares, sprinkle cinnamon on top!
