How To Make Red Velvet Peanut Butter Blossoms

Start by mixing butter, peanut butter and sugar until it’s creamy. Next add egg, milk, vanilla, and food coloring. Set that to the side and separately mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Take that mixture and add it to the creamy mixture a little at a time until it’s all blended together.

Take a small scoop of dough and roll it into a ball before dipping into the red sugar. Keep going until you have all of your cookies ready and bake them for 8-10 minutes.

While those cook, get your Hershey’s kisses ready. You won’t have time to unwrap them all when the cookies come out.

As soon as they come out of the oven, gently press a Hershey kiss onto the top and move them to a wire rack to continue cooling.

These cookies will stay fresh for 7 days if you store them in an air tight container.
