- Sugar – granulated sugar is used for the donut batter and powdered sugar is used for the glaze.

How To Make Strawberry Donuts
Here is how to make and bake these donuts. This doughnut recipe doesn’t need an electric mixer!
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Spray your donut pans with a non-stick baking spray.
- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix the milk, oil, sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla.
- Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix in food coloring (optional).
- Gently fold in your strawberries.
- Spoon batter into donut pan
- Bake for 9-10 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool 10 minutes.
To make the glaze:
- Whisk together the powdered sugar and milk.
- Pour your glaze over the donuts

How long will baked donuts last?
This donut recipe is best the day they are made but can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. The glaze will absorb into the baked donuts when stored, but will still be delicious!
Can you freeze baked donuts?
Yes! Store in an airtight freezer container for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight and enjoy! It’s best to add the glaze once the donuts are thawed.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter melted at room temp.
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs room temp
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hull removed and diced
- 7 drops red food coloring optional
Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Spray your donut pans with a non-stick baking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, add together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir to combine and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, add the milk, oil, sugar, egg, butter, and vanilla. Stir until fully combined.
- Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and then stir in food coloring (optional).
- Fold in your strawberries and then spoon batter into donut pan (or use a piping bag).
- Bake for 9-10 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
