Thank you Lauren!
I normally do not leave recipe reviews, but I had to for this one. My fritter loaves turned out perfect, moist, and delicious! I did add lemon and ginger to my apples with extra cinnamon just for a personal touch. I will be making this often! Thank you for sharing!
Yay! Thank you Kelly!
This bread is a new family favorite just changed the milk in the icing to a apple cider delicious!
Thank you Lynn!
I swapped sugars with keto sugars and it was still yummy!
Glad to hear that! Thanks Dede!
Decent. Didn’t love it or think it was rave worthy. A solid B+.
I made this recipe and all my apples went to the bottom of the pan—the bread had a good taste but was a little heavy on the bottom..
Sorry to hear that Debby. My only thoughts are that the batter could have been overmixed allowing the apples to sink or the apples may have been cut too large.
Love the recipe, tried it with my cooking class, they loved it. This is one was add to our recipes list. Thank you
P.S Loved that you add pictures.❤️
Thanks Irene! Glad they loved it!
This bread is outstanding! One question, does it freeze well?
Thanks Claudia! Yes, it freezes well. You can wrap in plastic wrap and then foil or store on an airtight container for up to three months.
Excellent! Didn’t change a thing and used Granny Smith apples. Trust me, I’m not a kitchen genius, nor do I like to cook/bake, but I will make this again. Turned out perfect.
Yay! Thanks Jean!
