I’ve tried a LOT of different casserole recipes over the years and today I’ve rounded up 25 of my favorites. These range from breakfast casseroles and brunch recipes to side dishes and complete dinners. I even include a few sweet breakfast options.

How to Store & Reheat Casseroles

Each of these casserole recipes will offer specific storage instructions but here are some general guidelines:

  • Fridge. Leftovers of any casserole should be kept in the fridge, either tightly covered in the casserole dish or transferred to an airtight container. Most casseroles will keep for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat. Casseroles can usually be reheated in the oven at 350F until heated through. Individual portions can be reheated in the microwave.
  • Freezer. Most casseroles can be frozen but those containing lots of dairy may be an exception. See the individual recipe for specific instructions.
