Casseroles are one of my favorite cooking methods, especially for busy weeknights and feeding a crowd. I love that in many cases, I can either prep everything in advance and just pop it in the oven (great for holidays!) or dump everything in a pan and let the oven do the rest.

Each of these casserole recipes will offer specific storage instructions but here are some general guidelines:
Fridge. Leftovers of any casserole should be kept in the fridge, either tightly covered in the casserole dish or transferred to an airtight container. Most casseroles will keep for up to 3 days.
Reheat. Casseroles can usually be reheated in the oven at 350F until heated through. Individual portions can be reheated in the microwave.
Freezer. Most casseroles can be frozen but those containing lots of dairy may be an exception. See the individual recipe for specific instructions.
