Baileys Cheesecake Cake

Baileys Cheesecake Cake

I am a huge fan of cheesecake cakes and this Baileys Cheesecake Cake is such a show stopper. The best part is that while this cake involves a few steps, they are all very easy. With just a little effort, you will be able to make a cake that looks like you got it from a fancy bakery.

I used a chocolate cake mix for the chocolate layer, you can use your favorite cake mix, a brownie mix will also work great. If you have a favorite homemade chocolate cake recipe, you can use that one too. The cheesecake layer is flavored with Baileys Irish Cream, topped with chocolate ganache and Baileys whipped cream.

If you want to make this cheesecake, but without the alcohol, you can substitute the Baileys with cream. The cake will still taste delicious, it will just be a black and white, chocolate vanilla cheesecake cake. Same for the whipped cream, while its delicious with the Baileys, you can just leave it out and add some vanilla extract.

This sounds delicious! Will the desert itself have alcoholic content?

I used a tablespoon of cocoa powder when making the whipped cream and I used sweetened condensed milk instead of cream when making the ganache

I made the cake layer but had a family emergency. Can I still proceed with the recipe after the cake has cooled?
